DMCA Policy

This DMCA Policy outlines the procedures for reporting alleged intellectual property infringement on MHTC (mhtc.co.in) in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

1. Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement

MHTC respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent and believe that any content or calculator code on our site infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

2. Information Required in a DMCA Notice

To be processed, your notice must include the following details:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL where it is located.
• Your contact information (full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address).
• A statement of good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Submission and Processing

Please submit your DMCA infringement notice via our Contact Us form. Upon receiving a valid notification containing all the required information, we will review the claim and promptly disable access to or remove the infringing material.

4. Counter-Notification Procedures

If your content was removed due to a copyright infringement claim and you believe this was in error, you may file a counter-notification.

• Requirements: The counter-notice must be in writing and include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material that was removed, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to federal court jurisdiction.
• Resolution: Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, MHTC may forward it to the original complaining party. The DMCA allows the removed content to be restored within 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action seeking an injunction.
