Equations are most accurate when input repetitions are under 10. For reps over 10, calculations can overestimate 1RM due to cardiovascular endurance variables. Target weights in the percentage load table are rounded to one decimal place.

No. 1RM calculations are designed for multi-joint compound lifts (bench press, squats, overhead presses, deadlifts). They are not recommended for isolation movements (bicep curls, leg extensions) due to joint load safety limits.
